International fans of the young diva Charice Pempengco can now have an easy time in getting the much awaited charice cd. The international based website http://www.charicediva.com is now a partner distributor of ABS CBN in distributing Charice CD.
According to their webmaster:
After numbers of exchanging emails with ABS-CBN, we are FINALLY APPROVED to become a dealer.
I am hoping for everyone to continue to support our WEBSITE by purchasing the CD from CHARICEDVA. It will help the funding of our website in a way, which is in return, might possibly allow us to hold a contests with great prizes.
THE CD will be available on the MAIN SITE as soon as it launches, which is on MAY 10th.
*now for the important part, the price for the CD will be the same as starystarystore.com which is $11.99 + Shipping (that’s to avoid competition) The PRODUCTS will be based on Vancouver Canada which is ideal for everyone who lives near the area (saves you on shipping)
The CD will include a cute little “Certificate of PURCHASE” from Charicediva which is more like a STATIONARY like certificate with chaRie on it. Everyone with the certificate will then be entered for a CHANCE TO WIN a GREAT PRIZE… another promo that also comes with this is a “chance to be in a picture gallery” of all the DIVANATICS who have supported this PROJECT, just a little something to put on our CHARICEDIVA WALL OF FAME.
I will need a MINIMUM 60 GUARANTEED CDs to be SOLD to make this whole thing happen. (THE MORE, the better deal we could get from ABS-CBN)

International singing sensation Charisse celebrates Mother’s Day in Hawaii with the most important person in her life — her loving mom Mommy Raquel.
Charisse, is now in Hawaii as a guest for ABS-CBN’s noontime game show “Wowowee”, which regularly stages productions for Filipinos abroad.
“Mommy, thank you sa lahat. Minsan makulit ako pero mabait ka pa din sa akin, sana huwag kang magsasawang alagaan ako hanggang sa paglaki ko, kahit isip bata pa din ako. Masaya kami kasi parang sisters lang kami. Naglalaro kami,” the young singer said.
Charisse said that she will never forget the first day she and Mommy Raquel visited the United States. For her, it was a most remarkable event of her life with her mom (her parents are separated). She also considers the trip the beginning of her success.
“Kumbaga pagbaba pa lang namin ng airplane tapos nakita na namin welcome to the United States of America, nandoon lang kami naka-steady lang kami doon, tapos sabi ni mama “Bi” (for baby) nasa Amerika na tayo, iyon ang pinaka,” Charisse said.
She also said that she still hasn’t bought her mom a gift, but one day, she hopes to give her a house and lot.
“Pero may iba pa akong gusto, iisipin ko pa. Iyong unique, iyong naiiba,” she said.
On the show, Charisse sang “A Song for Mama” , which was first popularized by the R&B group BoyzIIMen. The song is also included in her eponymou debut album that was released May 4 on “ASAP ’08.”
Charisse on Oprah
After her successful appearance in Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show “Ellen” last year, Charice will once again charm audiences in the US and the rest of the world with her upcoming performance in “Oprah”.
Charisse’s performance on Oprah will finally be aired on May 12, Sunday. She was invited to perform for the show which showcased talented kids from all over the world. In the Oprah episode, which has the theme “World’s Smartest Kids” Charisse performed the Whitney Houston ballad “I Have Nothing.”
“Sa May 12 po, siyempre excited po ako kasi gusto ko ng mapanood iyong sarili ko, she said. abs-cbnNEWS.com first broke the story of Charisse’s guesting on the Oprah Winfrey show almost four weeks ago.
Last April 8, Charice also appeared in London’s popular program The Paul O’Grady Show.
Just as she did in the Ellen DeGeneres show in December 2007, Charisse also delighted audiences in Britain with her performance on the said TV talk show.
